Am tired of wearing the same old anarkalis, sarees, chaniya choli for weddings and other such events. So this time when there was a marriage in the family, i had decided to dress myself in something different that is not restricted just for events.
I got a 5 piece cluster done. This Pink Ghaghara and Blue Peplum top are part of that cluster.
Since mine is a triangular body shape, I prefer silhouettes that highlight my upper body, hence the ghaghara is in Georgette with spread out stone work. The blue top is my personal favorite, its an Indian take on a modern silhouette.
Thats my darling daughter in matching blue (purely a coincidence).

Black & gold raw silk Jacket :
This is the traditional original dress, added a red carnation flower because why not
Next I have used this jacket in my portfolio shoots, you will be able to see this one in lot of my old marketing materials. Wanted to go for a rich elegant Indian feel for my portfolio.
This time I combined my jacket with a leather skirt and traditional earrings for an event.
