Where Europe waits for its summer, the tropics are tired of the sun. When I was in Mumbai (India), I thought summers are bad, but lo behold Singapore has proved me wrong.
With the heat and humidity all year round, these are three non-negotiable tricks to help in summer, no matter what part of the world you are in.1. Breathable Fabrics – It is so hot and your skin will thank you for choosing the right fabric. So cotton, Linen, Polycotton or any cotton blend is a good respite for hot days.
- Straight fit pants/shorts – Skinny pants will cut through your skin in the heat, opt for straight fit pants or palazzos or even dhoti pants to up your style game in summer.
- Cotton Jeans – Denim/jeans come in various fabric & style variety now. Jeans with elastane are good for all season, however, I would still recommend cotton jeans. they are also loose fit nice casual looking jeans pants/shorts.
Just remember few things like where are the design details placed, the pleats on the pants and color that are suitable for your body type.
